Manager Effectiveness Survey (MES)

  • Your manager delivers results—but damages the team. How would you know?

  • Are departments “black boxes”? Do you really know what is happening inside them?

  • Are employee complaints just complaints—or early warning signals?

  • Are trainings events—or prescriptions? Is participation optional, or is development actually measured?
