The Hidden Costs of These Problems

trend-down-1

Performance Cost

Just 1–2 team members with workflow gaps can reduce overall team productivity by an average of 24%.

profile-2user-white

Cultural Cost

"It'll never get done anyway" becomes the default mindset -- accountability culture erodes.

strategic-outcome

Strategic Outcome

More than 60% of employees can achieve only 1–2 hours of deep focus per day.

If These Problems Continue

early-signals
10 Days

Meetings generate new commitments, but they remain vague. Small delays begin to appear. The leader adopts a "wait and see" stance. Everyone looks busy --- but priorities are unclear.

cultural-shift
10 Months

Missing deadlines becomes normalized. The language of "it won't get done anyway" takes hold. Accountability weakens. High performers start working around colleagues instead of with them.

structural-damage
10 Years

The organization operates in a permanently reactive mode. Strategic thinking capacity deteriorates. High-potential employees burn out or leave. The company grows, but operational efficiency can't keep pace --- chaos becomes part of the culture.

What Competency Is Needed To Solve This?

HelpCircle

Work Management Discipline

The ability of individuals and teams to make all commitments visible, clarify next actions, and consciously prioritize --- so that promises are kept on time.

What Is This Program?

Getting Things Done® (GTD) is a work management methodology developed by David Allen and practiced worldwide for over 30 years. GTD defines productivity not as working more, but as capturing all work in a trusted system, clarifying it, and consciously prioritizing it.

The methodology focuses on clearing the mind of open loops by creating an "external brain" and improving decision quality. Participants analyze their own real workload challenges through this framework and develop an actionable implementation plan.
