2. Personal Data We Process

Through the forms on our website (contact and proposal requests, content and publication requests, event and webinar registrations, newsletter subscriptions, partnership and job applications) and subsequent correspondence, we may process:

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: business email address, phone number, country; a delivery address you provide for a publication you requested
• Professional: company, job title/role, and the business needs and preferences you share in forms
• Marketing: your email preferences and your interactions with our emails and website
• Security: IP address, form submission date/time, cookie and browser information

3. Purposes

• To receive, assess and respond to your contact, proposal, content and publication requests
• To contact you about your request and deliver the content or publication you asked for
• To establish and manage business relationships for our corporate training, consulting and capability development services
• To manage event and webinar registrations
• With your consent, to send you newsletters, event invitations and information about our products and services
• To secure our website, analyse its use and improve our services
• To comply with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities

4. Collection Method and Legal Grounds

We collect your data electronically through website forms, email correspondence and cookies, relying on the following legal grounds:

• Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps: responding to your requests and managing our services
• Legal obligation: statutory retention and reporting duties
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims
• Legitimate interests (provided your fundamental rights are not overridden): managing business relationships, website security and service improvement
• Consent: commercial electronic communications and non-essential cookies

5. Sharing and International Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with service providers (CRM and marketing automation, email, cloud hosting, analytics, courier), with business partners only to the extent needed to deliver a service you requested, and with competent public authorities.

Our CRM and marketing platform (HubSpot, Inc.) and some cloud and analytics providers host data outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK and, where applicable, with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as required for the purpose of processing and by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If you withdraw your marketing consent, we will no longer process your contact data for marketing.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK (and, where applicable, the GDPR) you may request to learn whether your data is processed and obtain information about it; learn the purpose of processing and the third parties to whom it is transferred; have it corrected, deleted or destroyed and have third parties notified; object to decisions based solely on automated processing; claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing; and, where the GDPR applies, request restriction, data portability and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
