Learning Experience Designer

About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Success Programme, you will be at the forefront of creating intuitive, engaging, and beautiful digital experiences for our learning platforms and consulting tools. You will work closely with learning strategists, consultants, and engineers to transform complex concepts into simple, powerful interfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to implementation for multiple digital products.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand our users.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your process, problem-solving skills, and visual design capability.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience with design systems and component-based design.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
