LEARNING CENTER

As an integrated part of every workshop is our online learning center. This center provides a pre-work module and for most workshops four post-work modules. This is also from where we can track the progress and include the participant's manager in the learning process

RMP INTEGRATION

As we believe that everyone can achieve if only motivated to do so, we have chosen as one of our theoretic cornerstones, to work with the scientifically proven theory of the sixteen life-motives (Reiss Motivation Profile called RMP) based on the research of Professor Steven Reiss.

ASSESSMENT TOOLS

We are a solution company so with industry-leading assessment tools we can provide the participant with an objective perspective of current behaviors and establish areas for improvement. On top of that we can also use this to do post-measurement on progress.
